GSM, width, shrinkage, MOQ and the price at every quantity slab, on the same card as the swatch. No "send enquiry for price", no three-day wait to learn we cannot make it. Garment brands from Tirupur to Noida buy here because the numbers are on the table.
Filter by fibre, weight, weave or finish. Open any swatch for the full spec, the price ladder and a sampling button that puts three metres in the post.
Choose the quality, drag the metres, set dyeing and finish. The price per metre steps down at each slab, and we tell you how many more metres would move you to the next one.
Five stages under one roof at Bhiwandi, which is why our sampling is seven days and not five weeks of job-work chasing.
Combed and carded cotton from Coimbatore, European flax for linen. Every lot lab-tested for count, strength and neps before it enters.
Sectional warping for yarn-dyed work, direct warping for volume. Sizing recipe changes by count, not by habit.
28 shuttleless looms, 16 with dobby heads. Widths to 122 inches. Loom-state inspection at every doff.
Piece dyeing in jet and jigger, plus enzyme, peach and repellent finishes. Reactive dyes only; no banned amines.
4-point inspection on 100% of export orders, shrinkage and colour-fastness on every lot, then roll-wrapped and marked.

We ship to 14 countries. The packing list, invoice and certificate of origin leave with the container, and the buyer's inspection agency is welcome at the mill with 48 hours' notice.
"They quote a price and it survives the proforma. After four mills that quoted low and revised at delivery, that alone was worth switching for."
"Lab dips in seven days is not normal in Bhiwandi. We now build our sampling calendar around KARGHAR instead of the other way round."
"Our German buyer's auditor turned up unannounced. The mill let them in and the SMETA file was ready. That is the whole story."
300 metres for greige in an existing quality, 500 metres piece-dyed per shade, 1,000 metres yarn-dyed because the warp has to be set. Below that we can sometimes sell from stock lots; ask and we will tell you honestly whether we have any.
Send us a 20 cm square. We reverse-engineer count, EPI/PPI, weave and finish in the lab and come back in four days with the closest house quality and what a custom development would cost. Roughly 70% of briefs land on an existing quality with a finish change.
Cotton plain weaves 3–4%, twills 4–5%, linen 5–7% unless pre-shrunk, in which case 2–3%. The spec card on each swatch carries the tested figure for that quality; the lot report carries the actual.
Greige from stock yarn: 12–15 days. Piece-dyed: 18–22 days. Yarn-dyed: 28–35 days. Add 5 days in October and November, when everyone in Bhiwandi is running festive orders and we will not pretend otherwise.
4-point inspection is on our side before dispatch. If a roll fails at your end, photograph it with the roll ticket and we replace or credit it, including freight. Our claim rate in 2025 was 0.9% of metres shipped.
Yes, and about a third of our buyers are under 5,000 metres a year. What we cannot do is 50-metre runs of custom shades; for those we point you to our stock-lot list, which changes weekly.
All sixteen qualities on one A5 card, in the post within two days. Most buyers decide from it before a single call.
